Residential Sales Rep
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Rep to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Responsibilities include working with customers to determine needs, answering questions about products and recommending solutions, promptly resolve complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. You will need to stay up to date with product features and warranty options.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Proven work experience as a Sales representative or similar role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company’s sales goals
- Commission based position
- Must have own vehicle, mileage reimbursement offered
- Flexible schedule, some early evenings and Saturdays required

Roof Technician
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and hard-working repair technicians to add to our growing team. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service. We are seeking individuals who aren’t afraid of new challenges, and who are committed to quality work.
Roof Technicians should have the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Desire to work efficiently and be productive on a daily basis
- Must be comfortable with being on rooftops (with heights) and meet physical demands
- Experience with Metal, EPDM, TPO roofing systems for residential and commercial is a plus
- Full-time position with health benefits, vacation, personal time and Holiday pay
- Roofing experience is required
Laborers
Entry level laborers are needed. We are looking for hard working, full-time, and dependable employees.
Pay is dependent on experience. Basic or previous roofing experience is preferred but not required.
Roof Laborers should have the following qualifications:

- MUST be able to pass pre-employment drug screening

Production Coordinator
We are looking for an organized individual with working knowledge in technical aspects of roofing and/or previous roofing experience. The Production Coordinator works closely with the Production Manager to schedule and manage crews and projects.
Pay is dependent on experience.
Production Coordinators should have the following qualifications:
- Creating job specific paperwork and ensuring materials are ordered and ready for the jobs
- Picking up materials and taking to job site as needed
- Managing the weekly job schedule
- Organizing and keeping warehouse stocked
- Applicant must be well organized and have basic computer skills
- MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- MUST be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Full-time position with health benefits, vacation, personal time and Holiday pay

I was very happy with the work. They showed up when they said they would and were very polite and friendly. I was curious as to how and why some shingles had slipped and they took the time to explain what could have happened and then showed me on the old shingles when they were done.

Your guys did a great job and they did surprisingly well at matching my shingles. This is the second time I've used your company for repairs and both times I have been very satisfied and so yes I will definitely recommend your company to friends/family and also call you when the time comes too that I have to replace the whole roof or any additional repairs.
The work appears to be performed as expected, though I'll get a better look at it from the ladder tomorrow (just bought the stain today). The crew was thorough and respectful of the property, and the added materials and labor were very reasonable. I have no complaints.
